Directions for Use
Pre-Cleaning:
- Remove gross soil, food particles, and debris
- Clean surface with detergent if necessary
- Rinse with potable water prior to sanitizing
Sanitizing Application:
- Apply SPRITZ™ RTU Sanitizer using spray, sponge, or cloth
- Ensure surface is thoroughly wetted
- Allow 60 seconds contact time
Food Contact Surfaces:
- Surfaces must be previously cleaned
- A potable water rinse is not required when used as directed
